Lori DiMatteo-Fiocchi, President

Lori DiMatteo-Fiocchi is a life long resident of Vineland, graduating from Vineland High School, attending Emerson College for Performing Arts, and graduating from Rowan University with a degree in Business Administration/Human Resources. She also holds a certification in Interior Design and is a member of the ASID. She is a former member of The Little Theater of Vineland and a current member of The League of Historic American Theatres (LHAT).

Lori currently works with her fiance, Hans Lampart, in the management of Brookfield Construction and Eastern Pacific Development, building senior housing. They are responsible for the restoration and reconstruction of The Landis Theater. She is the proprietor of LA Designs and the decorator for their projects. Lori also works part time with her family at Mainline Flooring. Prior to raising her family she was the Director of Human Resources at The American Institute for Mental Studies (AIMS) in Vineland.

Ms. DiMatteo-Fiocchi is an involved parishioner of her Church where she is a member of the Choir and the Director of the Arts and Environment Committee. She is honored to now serve as President of The Board of Directors of The Landis Theater Foundation. She has two sons, Sam, Jr. and Nicholas, and a grandson, Sammy, III

Michael Testa, Sr. - Vice President

Michael L. Testa, the senior partner of Basile and Testa Attorneys at Law, is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1975. Mr. Testa is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney, and has been certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Testa is author of numerous published articles and is a frequent lecturer on trial practice. He served as the President of ATLA New Jersey from 1995-1996. Mr. Testa's professional associations include the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.

He resides in Buena with his wife Ellen.

Beverly DiMatteo - Treasurer

Beverly DiMatteo is an officer of Mainline Floor Covering, Inc. and Jeffco Contractors, Inc. in Vineland, which she has owned and operated with her husband, Jeff DiMatteo, since 1989. Prior to the flooring business, she served as a senior accountant for 15 years with a local accounting firm. She is a lifetime Vineland resident graduating from Sacred Heart High School and Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is currently President of the Bishop Schad Regional School PTO. Mrs. DiMatteo also generously donates her time to her Church and various community and school organizations. She has three daughters and a granddaughter.

Ellen Pedersen - Secretary

Ellen Pedersen is a Corporate Officer of Park Avenue Trading Company in Vineland, New Jersey. Ellen also serves as the Office Manager of the firm of J.W. Pedersen, Architect. Prior to her position at J.W. Pedersen Architect she worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is licensed to practice within the State of New Jersey. Ellen has served on the City of Vineland's Main Street Design Committee for the past five years, serving three years as committee secretary. Being a lifelong resident Ellen has particular interest in the revitalization of the Main Street areas and Landis Theatre.

Edgar G. Galloway III (Gary)

Gary Galloway is the President of Rental Country Inc. since 1981. In 1993 the Small Business Award was awarded to Rental Country by the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, he was employed by Wainwright Funeral Home as a licensed funeral director.

He formerly served as president of the Vineland Jaycees, Kiwanis Club, Vineland Service Clubs Council, and the American Red Cross-Vineland Chapter. In addition, he served as President and Campaign Chairman of the Greater Vineland United Way. He is a past recipient of The Outstanding Young Man Award presented by the Vineland Jaycees. Gary is a past member of the CEO Group.

In June 2005 he was appointed President of The Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce where he has been a member since 1999. He has been a member of the Vineland Industrial Commission since 1988, serving as Chairman from 1991 to present. Gary is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of VDID/Main Street Vineland, serving as Vice Chairman in 2008. In 2007, Gary was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA and to the SJH Community Relations Advisory Board. Gary was honored by the Hendricks House with the 2006 Distinguished Service Award. On October 28, 2008, Gary received the prestigious Rotary Vocational Service Award and was recognized as a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow. On February 20, 2009, Gary was honored by The Grapevine Newspaper as a Vineland Hometown Hero for his outstanding community service. In August of 2009, he was asked to serve on the Landis Theater Foundation Board of Directors.

Gary graduated from American Academy-McCallister Institute of Funeral Service and holds an Associate in Science Degree from Temple University. He completed the Cumberland County Leadership course in 2003.

Gary is a lifelong resident of Vineland where he resides with his wife, Betty. They have three children and 4 grandchildren.

Jeffrey DiMatteo

Jeffrey DiMatteo is president of Mainline Flooring and Jeffco Contractors of Vineland which he owns and operates with his wife Beverly. Mr. DiMatteo is a lifelong resident of Vineland. He is a graduate of Vineland High School and Stockton State College. He is one of the 27 original organizers of Capital Bank of New Jersey and a member of the Italian Benevolent Club in Vineland. He has three daughters and one granddaughter. Jeff is also a partner in BC Processing, a credit card processing company located in Vineland

Ron Rossi

Ron Rossi is a lifelong Vineland resident. A graduate of Vineland High School, Ron went on to earn his bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Rossi is the owner of Rossi Honda. He is a board member of several local organizations and businesses including the YMCA, Betty Bacharach Rehabilitation Hospital, Sacred Heart High School, the CEO Group, the Vineland Chamber of Commerce and the Exchange Club. Ron and his wife Bonnie reside in Vineland and have three daughters and one granddaughter.

Angela "Julie" Antonelli-Tamburro

Julie Tamburro owned and operated Anton's florist in Vineland from 1987 to 2009. She is a member of Queen of Angels Parrish and has served on Parrish Council and the Finance Committee in past years. Currently, Julie holds a seat on the Cumberland County College Foundation Board and Elwyn Board of Directors (formerly the Training School). Mrs. Tamburro is earning her Master's Degree in Business Administration through the University Partnership program at Cumberland County College where she will attain her degree from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey. She is a substitute teacher for the Buena Regional School District. Julie enjoys playing golf, long walks, spending time with friends and family and traveling. She resides in Vineland with her husband Raymond.

Charles "Chalky" Ottinger

Charles "Chalky" Ottinger is a life-long Vineland resident. He is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College where he earned a BS degree in Sociology and Psychology and Rowan University where he earned his MA degree in Secondary School Administration.

Chalky served as principal of Vineland High School South for twelve years and recently completed a three tenure as Superintendent of the Vineland Public Schools. A community activist, Ottinger is a member of the St. Mary's Regional Elementary School Board of Education and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cumberland County Guidance Center. He is also active in many other charitable groups and organizations. He looks forward with anticipation to the development of the Landis Theatre project with high hopes for it to become one of the centerpieces of culture and fine arts in the South Jersey Area.

Dominick Baruffi II

Dominick Baruffi is a lifelong area resident.  He attended Buena Regional High School and Seton Hall University.  He  is CEO of Jersey Panel Corporation and Executive Vice President of Baruffi Bros. Incorporated.  Mr. Baruffi is a member and past member of several local boards including South Jersey Healthcare, Sun National Bank, Cumberland Christian School and Living Faith Alliance Church.

Dominick is married to wife Donna and has three children, Dominick III, Dante and Daria.

Donna M. Baruffi

Donna Baruffi has been an area resident for twenty-five years. She graduated from Oakcrest High School and the Taylor Business Institute.  Donna works as a Travel Consultant with SoJern Travel. She is a member of South Jersey Healthcare Auxiliary Board of Directors and Living Faith Alliance Church where she currently serves on the worship team.

Donna is married to Dominick and has three children, Dominick III, Dante and Daria.

John Pedersen

John W. Pedersen is President and founder of the Vineland, NJ firm of J.W. Pedersen, Architect. John is a graduate of Drexel University and he has over 30 years of experience in the profession of Architecture. John is NCARB Certified and is licensed in the States of New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. John’s architectural practice encompasses a wide range of disciplines including commercial, institutional, single and multi-family residential projects.  John has particular interest in the revitalization of Main Street areas and has served on the City of Vineland’s Main Street Design Committee for the past five years including one year as president.

Russell Swanson

Russell J. Swanson is a graduate of Vineland Senior High School and obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from Bridgewater College in business administration and an MBA in finance from American University.

He is the co-owner of Swanson Hardware Supply and Swanson Communications. He is also the owner of Summit Investment Properties as well as Bainˆïs Deli and Fuel House Coffee Co.

He has served on various community committees and boards including the Great Vineland Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Postal Advisory Committee, Cumberland County College Advisory Board, Vineland Developmental Corporation, Vineland Downtown Improvement District, YMCA Advisory Board, and the Landis Theater Foundation.

 

Obed Bermudez

Obie Bermudez is the Executive Director and Operator of Tiny Tots Preschool & Childcare Center Inc., a business he co-founded with his wife Marilyn Torres in 1994. Obie is also a board member for the VECAC Vineland Early Childhood Advisory Council, the VDID Vineland Downtown Improvement District, the VDC Vineland Development Corporation and is very proud to have recently joined the Landis Theater Foundation Board of Directors. Obie and Marilyn also own a Crepemaker franchise eatery in Cherry Hill Mall and are set to open a second Crepemaker franchise in Downtown Vineland as part of Landis Avenue's "restaurant row" initiative.

Obie was born and raised in Vineland except for part of his youth when he lived in Puerto Rico, where his parents Norma and Emeterio are from. His parents moved to Vineland in 1951 and Obie is the second youngest of 11 children. Obie graduated from Antonio Corretger High School in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

He is husband to Marilyn and a proud father to their 6 boys. Obie is a Vineland resident and honored to be a part of the city's revitalization and growth.

Todd W. Heck

Todd Heck has been a partner at Basile and Testa Attorneys at Law since 1996. He has a broad-based commercial and estate law practice, with an emphasis on business dispute resolution and transaction planning. He earned a post-graduate law degree, a Masters in Taxation, from New York University in 1983. His primary law degree was earned at the Villanova University School of Law in 1979. He is also a graduate of Lehigh University (B.S. in Management with high honors, 1976).

Todd is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and is active in the Cumberland County and New Jersey State Bar Associations (including six years of service on the County Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee). Locally he has served as the solicitor for the Cumberland County Improvement Authority and the Maurice River Township Zoning Board.

Todd is active in local charitable and civic affairs, having received distinguished service recognition from the Cumberland County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the U.S. Congress. He and his wife Maureen reside in historic Mauricetown, New Jersey.

David Catalana

David Catalana is a part owner of Cumberland Dairy, Inc. and serves as the company's Vice President of Sales.  He is also a one-third owner in DFC Management, a property management company.

David was one of the Organizers of Capital Bank of New Jersey and currently serves on the Board of Directors.  He is also on the board of the Hendricks House, a Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation center located in Vineland.  He was a member of the City of Vineland Planning Board from 2000-2009, serving as the board chairman for his last 5 years.  He was a previous member and president of the Sacred Heart Regional School Advisory Board and the East Vineland Little League. 

Along with his wife Beth, David started and operates The Shoot Down Cancer Foundation, a non-profit organization that has donated over $250,000 to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia through basketball related events.   An avid sports fan, David has coached youth sports in the Cumberland County CYO, Vineland Basketball Association, East Vineland Little League and also at St. Augustine Prep. 

David holds a Bachelors Degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph's University having graduated in 1986.  He graduated from St. Augustine Prep in 1982, and was inducted into the school's cultural Hall of Fame in 2001.

David and his wife Beth reside in Vineland with their three children Taylor, Jordan and Garrett. 

Beth Catalana

Beth (Pierantozzi) Catalana is a life-long Vineland resident and 1982 graduate of Sacred Heart High School.  She earned her BA in Psychology from Rowan University in 1987.

Beth spends much of her time volunteering with several non-profit and cultural organizations. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Sacred Heart High School and is also a member of the SHHS Alumni Association, Drama Guild and ROAR auction committee. She was a twelve year member and treasurer of the Sacred Heart Regional School PTA and a four year member of the Vineland Regional Dance Company Guild.
