Often touted as one of the best live bands in the land, Brother Joscephus and the Love Revolution received official confirmation of this widespread acclaim when they won the Independent Music Awards "Best Live Performance" category 2011. BroJo is an international musical collective, having performed live with over 250 different members from around the globe, topping out at 23 during the recording of the now award-winning Live at Brooklyn Bowl.

Since 2007, Brother Joscephus and the Love Revolution has been on a mission to make the world a more righteous place. The two main visionaries of this 12-piece explosion of love - Brother Joscephus and his eccentric cohort, The Right Reverend Dean Dawg - dip heavily into a musical gumbo rich with old school soul, roots, classic rock stylings, New Orleans rhythms, and feel-good “secular gospel” music. BroJo combines all this with a message of righteousness, urging us towards acceptance and loving one another. When you combine the music and the message with a one-of-a-kind, high-energy stage spectacle, you got yourself one hell of a revolution on your hands.

The Love Revolution has gathered quite a following due to their dynamic performances at Appel Farm Arts & Music Festival, Summer Camp Music Festival, Discover Jazz Festival, Clearwater Festival, Musikfest, Crawfish Fest, multi-show runs in New Orleans during JazzFest, and every major venue in NYC, both as headliners and alongside legendary performers such as Trombone Shorty, The Radiators, Rebirth Brass Band, and Kermit Ruffins.
